Qudranex offers IT talent acquisition, bulk hiring, permanent recruitment and RPO, outsourced project development, training and development, performance management, and related business consultancy services to organizations across India. 3. Recruitment & Hiring Process

Qudranex acts as a recruitment and staffing intermediary between job seekers/candidates and hiring organizations ("Clients"). Submission of a resume, application, or any personal information through our Website, by email, or in person does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or placement of any kind. All hiring decisions, including final selection, compensation, and terms of employment, rest solely with the respective Client organization and not with Qudranex. We do not charge job seekers any fee for registration, interviews, or placement assistance under our standard recruitment process.

4. Client Engagements

Any staffing, consultancy, training, or project-based engagement undertaken on behalf of a Client organization is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or service order signed between Qudranex and that Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of such a separate agreement, the separate agreement shall prevail with respect to that engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Qudranex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
